I offer holistic support for the birthing person (and partner/family who are involved).

I understand that evolving into parenthood involves more than just physical preparation. The emotional and mental well-being of both the birthing person and their partner(s) is equally important. My services are designed to provide comprehensive support during the prenatal phase, labor, and delivery, ensuring that both you and your partner(s) feel supported every step of the way.

I offer a no-obligation 30-minute consultation to get to know you and understand your needs. This initial meeting helps me tailor my services to your specific requirements and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to your birthing experience.

Support Packages (See pricing below)

My packages are designed to offer continuous support throughout your pregnancy and the initial postpartum period with a consideration of your budget. My service can be tailored to meet your needs, regardless of budget; we can work on a sliding scale fee system to ensure that you can still access my services. Please reach out regarding this option. Each package includes the following:

Continuous Support

  • Ongoing Text, Call, and Email Support: Available throughout your pregnancy and for one month postpartum, providing you with constant access to advice and reassurance.

Prenatal Visits

  • Two Prenatal Visits (1 hour per visit): Conducted at your location of choice, these visits focus on discussing your birth preferences, creating a personalized birth plan, and preparing for birthing assistance and bringing your baby home.

On-Call Support

  • On-Call Support Starting at 38 Weeks: I will be available to support you physically in person, should you go into labour, from 38 weeks until birth, ensuring you have the reassurance that I will be present for the active labour and delivery phase.

Labor and Delivery Support

  • Physical Presence During Active Labor and Birth: I will be there with you during active labor and delivery, providing physical and emotional support. Active labor will be determined either by us speaking over the phone or by the advice or assessment of your healthcare practitioners.

  • Advocacy: I will advocate for you when needed and appropriate, ensuring your birth plan and preferences are respected.

Postpartum Visit

  • One Postpartum Visit (2 Hours): This visit can be tailored to your specific needs, focusing on providing support and guidance as you adjust to life with your new baby.

  • Standard Package

    $1350 +HST

    This package includes the services listed above. This can be tailored based on your needs and we can discuss what is reasonable for your circumstances.

  • Extended package

    $1500 +HST

    This package includes the standard service. Additionally, I will offer my support and presence during early labour. We will also schedule a birth and postpartum education session which will include a mental health check in (1 hour in length). This may entail reviewing any additional services or resources you may need. You will also receive a free copy of my printed birth planner which you can use to document your birth journey.

  • birth and postpartum package

    $2200 +HST

    This package is ideal if you feel you would like to have additional support postpartum. In addition to the extended package, this plan also includes the addition of 24 hours of postpartum support as outlined in my postpartum packages. In addition to the one postpartum visit already included in the birth package. Again, this package can be tailored to best fit your needs.
